• Business contact details shared with us when we trade with suppliers and partners.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to set up and manage trade accounts, and to deal with you as a supplier or partner. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in running our business, or because it is needed to enter into a contract with you.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with companies that help us run our business, such as our email and website hosting providers, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months. Trading records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires, which is usually six years.
